The hotel offers excellent value for money with their 50th-anniversary special price, allowing us to enjoy a wonderful stay without breaking the bank. The attention to detail in the rooms, such as the spacious 15 tatami Japanese-style room and the option of a private room for meals, truly enhanced our experience. Additionally, the staff's excellent English language skills, as mentioned by another reviewer, made communication smooth and effortless. The highlight of our stay was the delicious and abundant dinner menu, featuring mouthwatering dishes like crab legs, chawanmushi, sashimi, and shabu shabu.
Everything was ok.

The service at this hotel was top-notch, with staff going above and beyond to ensure a wonderful stay. the food was absolutely delicious, especially the seafood dishes, and the portions were generous. the rooms were outstanding, especially the ones with a private onsen. the view from the rooms was breathtaking, overlooking beautiful Japanese gardens or rice fields. the hotel also provided free internet and had a great audio-visual system in the rooms. the experience was amazing and the hotel's attention to detail and Japanese hospitality was truly impressive.
The language barrier, as not all of the staff members spoke English. they made up for it with their genuine effort and willingness to assist.
